Welcome to the Tuckahoe community! Located on the northern Outer Banks of North Carolina in the town of Duck, it spans between the Atlantic Ocean on the east to the Currituck Sound on the west. The community has 83 home sites, many of which are shared with guests and vacationers each week. Within the community you will find a swimming pool, tennis court, beautiful ocean beaches and sound side water access. These amenities are for the exclusive use of owners and their guests.

Just 30 minutes from downtown Richmond, Tuckahoe Plantation is perfect for a day trip or special event. House tours are by appointment only. Tuckahoe Plantation, boyhood home of Thomas Jefferson, is a National Historic Landmark and is protected in perpetuity by a preservation easement donated by the owners.
